A world history&#8220;, La D\u00e9couverte, 2022)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slovo feminic\u00edda je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti ve\u013emi roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9. Ako sa definuje? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Christelle Taraud:<\/strong>&nbsp;Moja vlastn\u00e1 defin\u00edcia feminic\u00eddy je &#8222;poprava \u017eeny preto, \u017ee je \u017eena&#8220;. Tento term\u00edn poch\u00e1dza z roku 1976, ke\u010f sa feministick\u00e9 aktivistky a v\u00fdskumn\u00ed\u010dky z pribli\u017ene \u0161tyridsiatich r\u00f4znych kraj\u00edn stretli v Bruseli a zorganizovali prv\u00fd&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/International_Tribunal_on_Crimes_against_Women\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd tribun\u00e1l pre zlo\u010diny proti \u017een\u00e1m<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sociologi\u010dka Diana E. H. Russellov\u00e1, naroden\u00e1 v Ju\u017enej Afrike a \u017eij\u00faca v Spojen\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch, sa zasl\u00fa\u017eila o vytvorenie konceptu &#8222;femic\u00eddy&#8220;. Vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fac z koncepcie &#8222;vra\u017edy&#8220;, femic\u00edda spo\u010d\u00edva v zabit\u00ed \u017eeny, preto\u017ee je \u017eena. Nie v\u0161etky vra\u017edy \u017eien s\u00fa v\u0161ak femic\u00eddy a na potvrdenie tejto skuto\u010dnosti je potrebn\u00e9 mobilizova\u0165 patriarch\u00e1lny rozmer. Pod\u013ea Russella je nen\u00e1vistn\u00fd zlo\u010din femic\u00eddy v skuto\u010dnosti vrcholom rozsiahleho syst\u00e9mu na drvenie \u017eien, ktor\u00fd mo\u017eno definova\u0165 ako glob\u00e1lny patriarch\u00e1lny syst\u00e9m, ale m\u00e1 r\u00f4zne podoby v z\u00e1vislosti od obdobia, kontextu a spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tak\u017ee je rozdiel medzi femic\u00eddom a&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/voxeurop.eu\/en\/tag\/feminicide\/\"><strong>femic\u00eddom<\/strong><\/a><strong>? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f aktivistky opustili Brusel, vzali si so sebou aj tento koncept. V niektor\u00fdch \u010dastiach sveta (Latinsk\u00e1 Amerika, Karibik, severn\u00e1 Eur\u00f3pa) sa r\u00fdchlo aklimatizoval, v in\u00fdch (Spojen\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty, Kanada, z\u00e1padn\u00e1 Eur\u00f3pa) u\u017e ove\u013ea menej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/voxeurop.eu\/en\/country\/mexico\/\">Mexiku<\/a> sa koncom 80. rokov 20. storo\u010dia za\u010dali objavova\u0165 pr\u00edpady, ktor\u00e9 sa spo\u010diatku pova\u017eovali za ojedinel\u00e9. Na hraniciach s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/voxeurop.eu\/en\/country\/united-states-2\/\">Spojen\u00fdmi \u0161t\u00e1tmi<\/a>, v jednej z najnebezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed na svete &#8211; v z\u00f3ne migr\u00e1cie, kde sa rozv\u00edjali extr\u00e9mne formy kapitalizmu vr\u00e1tane subdod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00fdch tov\u00e1rn\u00ed, kde boli pracovn\u00e9 podmienky otrasn\u00e9 a kde sa okrem in\u00e9ho rozmohli drogov\u00e9 kartely &#8211; za\u010dali mizn\u00fa\u0165 \u017eeny. Tv\u00e1rou v tv\u00e1r ne\u010dinnosti a obvi\u0148ovaniu obet\u00ed zo strany mexickej pol\u00edcie sa rodiny do\u017eadovali zodpovednosti, vytv\u00e1rali skupiny a pri\u0165ahovali pozornos\u0165 novin\u00e1rov a feministick\u00fdch v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov. Vtedy si uvedomili, \u017ee pojem &#8222;femic\u00eddium&#8220; nie je vhodn\u00fd na opis a anal\u00fdzu mexickej situ\u00e1cie: ne\u0161lo o individu\u00e1lny zlo\u010din z nen\u00e1visti, ale o masov\u00fd jav. Pojem &#8222;feminic\u00edda&#8220; bol vytvoren\u00fd a prip\u00edsan\u00fd mexickej antropologi\u010dke a politi\u010dke Marcele Lagarde y de los R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre Lagardeov\u00fa je feminic\u00edda \u00fazko sp\u00e4t\u00e1 s vra\u017edou, zatia\u013e \u010do feminic\u00edda je koncipovan\u00e1 v s\u00favislosti s genoc\u00eddou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagarde na charakteristiku tohto javu pou\u017e\u00edva \u0161tyri prvky: feminic\u00edda je kolekt\u00edvny zlo\u010din, ktor\u00fd zah\u0155\u0148a cel\u00fa mexick\u00fa spolo\u010dnos\u0165; je to masov\u00fd zlo\u010din (v &#8222;norm\u00e1lnom&#8220; obdob\u00ed sa v Mexiku stane najmenej desa\u0165 feminic\u00edd denne); je to \u0161t\u00e1tny zlo\u010din. Mexick\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1t a jeho in\u0161tit\u00facie (pol\u00edcia, s\u00fadnictvo, v\u00e4znice) s\u00fa podobne ako v in\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch patriarch\u00e1lne: obvi\u0148uj\u00fa obete, odmietaj\u00fa vy\u0161etrova\u0165 zlo\u010diny a policajti s\u00fa niekedy dokonca p\u00e1chate\u013emi feminic\u00eddy. Napokon, hovor\u00ed Lagardeov\u00e1, ide o zlo\u010din s genoc\u00eddnymi tendenciami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lagardov\u00e1 vtedy nehovorila o &#8222;genoc\u00edde&#8220;. Bolo to za\u010diatkom 90. rokov a &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Genocide_studies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0161t\u00fadie o genoc\u00edde<\/a>&#8220; e\u0161te nemali tak\u00fd status ako dnes. V tom \u010dase sa pojem genoc\u00edda st\u00e1le vz\u0165ahoval takmer v\u00fdlu\u010dne na holokaust a v s\u00favislosti s n\u00edm aj na judeoc\u00eddium. V 90. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia sa rozv\u00edjali \u0161t\u00fadie o in\u00fdch genoc\u00eddach, a to aj z komparat\u00edvneho h\u013eadiska. V tomto obdob\u00ed sa tie\u017e za\u010dalo ove\u013ea viac diskutova\u0165 o arm\u00e9nskej genoc\u00edde a o nov\u00fdch genoc\u00eddach v b\u00fdvalej Juhosl\u00e1vii a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/voxeurop.eu\/en\/country\/rwanda\/\">Rwande<\/a>. Lagardeov\u00e1 tie\u017e \u010derp\u00e1 z konceptu &#8222;nekropolitiky&#8220;, z pr\u00e1ce kamerunsk\u00e9ho politol\u00f3ga&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Achille_Mbembe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Achille Mbembeho<\/a>, a z pojmu &#8222;overkill&#8220;, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho v kriminol\u00f3gii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co pom\u00e1haj\u00fa objasni\u0165 pojmy nekropolitika a overkill?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takmer v\u0161etky \u017eeny zavra\u017eden\u00e9 v Mexiku, ktor\u00fdch tel\u00e1 boli n\u00e1jden\u00e9 a umo\u017enili dokonca aj \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fa forenzn\u00fa anal\u00fdzu, boli zabit\u00e9 r\u00f4znymi met\u00f3dami: niektor\u00e9 boli napr\u00edklad ubit\u00e1 a u\u0161krten\u00e1 &#8211; \u010do nie je ve\u013emi be\u017en\u00e9. Alebo boli vystaven\u00e9 zneu\u017e\u00edvaniu, ktor\u00e9 nebolo dostato\u010dnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou smrti. Napr\u00edklad sexu\u00e1lne napadnutie alebo zneu\u017eitie, ako napr\u00edklad viacn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 vniknutie do tela, a to aj tup\u00fdmi predmetmi, alebo zmrza\u010denie reproduk\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a pohlavn\u00fdch org\u00e1nov. Alebo boli ich tv\u00e1re zni\u010den\u00e9, \u010do znemo\u017e\u0148uje identifik\u00e1ciu pod\u013ea rozpoznania tv\u00e1re. Niekedy boli s\u0165at\u00e9, roz\u0161tvrten\u00e9, sp\u00e1len\u00e9 oh\u0148om alebo kyselinou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To dokazuje, \u017ee napadnut\u00e9 neboli len fyzick\u00e9 tel\u00e1 t\u00fdchto \u017eien, ale aj identita, ktor\u00fa tieto tel\u00e1 nes\u00fa. V tomto pr\u00edpade ide o \u017eensk\u00fa identitu. T\u00fdka sa to cisgenderov\u00fdch aj transgenderov\u00fdch \u017eien, preto\u017ee v tejto ve\u013ekej pohrani\u010dnej oblasti je zabit\u00fdch ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo sexu\u00e1lnych pracovn\u00ed\u010dok, cisgenderov\u00fdch aj transgenderov\u00fdch. Feminic\u00edda je teda zlo\u010dinom nen\u00e1visti zalo\u017eenej na identite, ktor\u00fd je produktom nekropolitiky &#8211; politiky smrti, ktor\u00e1 sa vnucuje \u017eivotu &#8211; organizovanej \u0161t\u00e1tom s cie\u013eom kontrolova\u0165 \u00fazemia, v tomto pr\u00edpade \u017eeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toto je ve\u013emi vzdialen\u00e9 od defin\u00edcie pou\u017e\u00edvanej v&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/voxeurop.eu\/en\/country\/france-2\/\"><strong>Franc\u00fazsku<\/strong><\/a><strong>&#8230;&nbsp;a tie\u017e vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine eur\u00f3pskych kraj\u00edn. Neexistuje \u017eiadna zmienka o genoc\u00eddnom charaktere tohto javu.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo \u013eud\u00ed, dokonca aj vo feministick\u00fdch kruhoch, sa zauj\u00edmalo o geneal\u00f3giu tohto pojmu. Verejn\u00e1 mienka v z\u00e1padnej Eur\u00f3pe za\u010dala pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 slovo &#8222;feminic\u00edda&#8220; bez toho, aby pre\u0161la \u0161t\u00e1diom &#8222;feminic\u00edda&#8220;, na rozdiel od severnej Eur\u00f3py, kde sa pojem &#8222;feminic\u00edda&#8220; pou\u017e\u00edva \u010dastej\u0161ie. Tento pojem sa vr\u00e1til s hnut\u00edm #MeToo, nie v\u0161ak zo Spojen\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov, ale z Latinskej Ameriky, a oba pojmy sa spojili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Vo Franc\u00fazsku a v Eur\u00f3pe sa na ozna\u010denie vra\u017edy \u017eeny pou\u017e\u00edva term\u00edn feminic\u00edda. Hoci si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pozna\u0165 p\u00f4vod slov &#8211; a ich hist\u00f3riu -, nie som nijako zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 prip\u00fatan\u00fd k pou\u017e\u00edvaniu jedn\u00e9ho alebo druh\u00e9ho slova. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pomenova\u0165 tento jav ako celok, a preto rad\u0161ej hovor\u00edm o &#8222;feminic\u00edde kontinuum&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8222;Mu\u017ei sa boja, \u017ee sa im \u017eeny bud\u00fa smia\u0165. \u017deny sa boja, \u017ee ich mu\u017ei zabij\u00fa&#8220;, Margaret Atwood<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak ide o genoc\u00eddny charakter, ktor\u00fd p\u00f4vodne definovala Marcela Lagarde y de los Rios, nie je aplikovate\u013en\u00fd len na situ\u00e1ciu v Mexiku alebo v\u0161eobecnej\u0161ie v Amerike. Vra\u017eda \u017eeny &#8211; hoci je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou nepopierate\u013en\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu na drvenie \u017eien &#8211; sa m\u00f4\u017ee pova\u017eova\u0165 za &#8222;ojedinel\u00fd \u010din&#8220;, ale stovky &#8222;feminizmov&#8220; tvoria &#8222;feminizmus&#8220;, ktor\u00fd je v\u017edy masov\u00fdm zlo\u010dinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diskusie o tom, ako identifikova\u0165 a evidova\u0165 feminic\u00eddu, prebiehaj\u00fa vo Franc\u00fazsku, ale aj v in\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych krajin\u00e1ch. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee sa nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00fa rovnak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, v\u0161ak ve\u013emi s\u0165a\u017euje porovn\u00e1vanie v eur\u00f3pskom meradle. Pri porovn\u00e1van\u00ed existuje ve\u013ek\u00e9 riziko, \u017ee spolo\u010dn\u00fdm menovate\u013eom bude najni\u017e\u0161ia a z\u00e1rove\u0148 najmenej politick\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ale napr\u00edklad v Taliansku a \u0160panielsku sa hovor\u00ed o &#8222;\u0161truktur\u00e1lnom n\u00e1sil\u00ed&#8220;, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148a aj feminic\u00eddu, bez toho, aby sa zoh\u013eadnila genoc\u00eddna povaha tohto pojmu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absol\u00fatne. Probl\u00e9mom je rozsah. Preto som vytvoril koncept &#8222;kontinua feminic\u00eddy&#8220;, aby som uk\u00e1zal syst\u00e9mov\u00fa povahu feminic\u00eddy. Femic\u00edda a feminic\u00edda s\u00fa len \u0161pi\u010dkou patriarch\u00e1lneho \u013eadovca. Koncept &#8222;feminic\u00eddneho kontinua&#8220; umo\u017e\u0148uje zoh\u013eadni\u0165 v\u0161etky formy n\u00e1silia p\u00e1chan\u00e9ho na \u017een\u00e1ch od narodenia a\u017e po smr\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feminic\u00eddu nezastav\u00edme, ak si neuvedom\u00edme, \u010do ju umo\u017e\u0148uje, a to \u0161truktur\u00e1lne nerovnosti a s nimi spojen\u00fa beztrestnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Dovo\u013ete mi to vysvetli\u0165. \u017diadny mu\u017e neza\u010d\u00edna ako p\u00e1chate\u013e feminic\u00eddy. Popravy \u017eien vznikaj\u00fa ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 dlhej biografie n\u00e1silia. Aby mu\u017e zabil \u017eenu, preto\u017ee je \u017eena, mus\u00ed sa nach\u00e1dza\u0165 v prostred\u00ed, kde n\u00e1silie p\u00e1chan\u00e9 na \u017een\u00e1ch vo v\u0161eobecnosti podlieha re\u017eimu beztrestnosti a kde \u0161t\u00e1t &#8211; a jeho in\u0161tit\u00facie &#8211; akt\u00edvne alebo pas\u00edvne spolupracuj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto n\u00e1silie treba vn\u00edma\u0165 ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 toku, ktor\u00fd pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho n\u00e1zoru nemo\u017eno zoradi\u0165 pod\u013ea d\u00f4le\u017eitosti. Vra\u017eda nie je z absol\u00fatneho h\u013eadiska z\u00e1va\u017enej\u0161ia ako ur\u00e1\u017eka, preto\u017ee obe vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z tej istej smrtiacej logiky. Mu\u017e, ktor\u00fd zabije \u017eenu, sa predt\u00fdm dopust\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch n\u00e1siln\u00fdch \u010dinov, ktor\u00e9 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 pova\u017euje za &#8222;prijate\u013en\u00e9&#8220; &#8211; preto\u017ee s\u00fa be\u017en\u00e9 a banalizovan\u00e9 -, a preto nikdy nebude zatknut\u00fd. Tieto n\u00e1siln\u00e9 \u010diny bud\u00fa ozna\u010den\u00e9 ako &#8222;mikroagresie&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8222;Feminizmus nezastav\u00edme, ak si neuvedom\u00edme, \u010do ho umo\u017e\u0148uje, a to \u0161truktur\u00e1lne nerovnosti a s nimi spojen\u00fa beztrestnos\u0165&#8220;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u017eeny s\u00fa \u010dasto prv\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 to bagatelizuj\u00fa. &#8222;Na ulici ma op\u00e4\u0165 nazvali &#8218;\u0161pinavou kurvou&#8216;. Ni\u010d som nepovedala, lebo som sa pon\u00e1h\u013eala, nem\u00f4\u017eem by\u0165 st\u00e1le vo vojne, b\u00e1la som sa&#8230;&#8220; Ako upozor\u0148uje ve\u013ek\u00e1 kanadsk\u00e1 spisovate\u013eka Margaret Atwoodov\u00e1: &#8222;Mu\u017ei sa boja, \u017ee sa im \u017eeny bud\u00fa smia\u0165. \u017deny sa boja, \u017ee ich mu\u017ei zabij\u00fa&#8220;. Mu\u017ei s\u00fa zvyknut\u00ed \u00fato\u010di\u0165 na \u017eeny t\u00fdm, \u017ee ich ur\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa a dot\u00fdkaj\u00fa sa ich bez ich dovolenia, v \u0161kole, v pr\u00e1ci aj na ulici. Je to vojnov\u00e1 ma\u0161in\u00e9ria namieren\u00e1 proti \u017een\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u010co sa d\u00e1 urobi\u0165, aby sa t\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia zmenila? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska sa mus\u00edme vzdiali\u0165 od logiky represie\/trestu, preto\u017ee je hlboko patriarch\u00e1lna. Kardin\u00e1lnou hodnotou hegemonickej maskulinity je n\u00e1silie, a to treba neust\u00e1le zd\u00f4raz\u0148ova\u0165. Odklon od logiky represie sa v\u0161ak nesmie uskuto\u010d\u0148ova\u0165 na \u00fakor obet\u00ed &#8211; a ich rod\u00edn -, ale s neust\u00e1lou starostlivos\u0165ou o n\u00e1pravu, ktor\u00e1 je predpokladom individu\u00e1lnej a kolekt\u00edvnej rekon\u0161trukcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161enie trestov od\u0148atia slobody, ako vieme, probl\u00e9m nevyrie\u0161i. Najm\u00e4 preto, \u017ee repres\u00edvnu politiku \u010dasto sprev\u00e1dzaj\u00fa kulturologick\u00e9 a rasistick\u00e9 diskurzy, ktor\u00e9 vy\u010dle\u0148uj\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00fdch mu\u017eov oproti in\u00fdm. V 19. storo\u010d\u00ed boli v Eur\u00f3pe bieli prolet\u00e1ri stigmatizovan\u00ed. Dnes je stigmatizovan\u00fd nov\u00fd rasov\u00fd proletari\u00e1t. To bola prv\u00e1 hranica. V\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 re\u017eimy moci s\u00fa roz\u0161\u00edren\u00edm tejto element\u00e1rnej mat\u00e9rie, vr\u00e1tane rasistick\u00e9ho a kapitalistick\u00e9ho n\u00e1silia.
