Pracovn\u00edci pracuj\u00faci na no\u010dn\u00e9 zmeny v odvetviach a slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, ako je doprava a zdravotn\u00edctvo, s\u00fa &#8222;druh\u00fdmi&#8220; pracovn\u00edkmi k pracovn\u00edkom pracuj\u00facim od 9 do 5 hod\u00edn1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofound.europa.eu\/observatories\/eurwork\/industrial-relations-dictionary\/night-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smernica Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu a Rady z roku 2003 definuje pracovn\u00edkov pracuj\u00facich v noci ako<\/a>: a) zamestnanci, ktor\u00ed be\u017ene pracuj\u00fa 3 hodiny svojho denn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu v noci, aspo\u0148 raz za mesiac; b) zamestnanci, ktor\u00fdch pracovn\u00fd \u010das v no\u010dn\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch sa v ka\u017edom roku rovn\u00e1 alebo presahuje 50 % celkov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. &#8222;No\u010dn\u00e1 doba&#8220; je ak\u00e9ko\u013evek obdobie trvaj\u00face najmenej sedem hod\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 mus\u00ed zah\u0155\u0148a\u0165 obdobie od polnoci do 5:00<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=celex%3A32003L0088\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>2.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Viac ako 3 mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed, teda ka\u017ed\u00fd deviaty pracovn\u00edk, sa v Brit\u00e1nii podie\u013ea na no\u010dnej ekonomike (NTE)3. Takmer dvadsa\u0165 percent pracovn\u00edkov v E\u00da pracuje na &#8222;\u010diernu smenu &#8222;4. S v\u00fdnimkou ojedinel\u00fdch iniciat\u00edv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nighttime.org\/chapter-four-sustaining-our-nightlife-scenes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">po\u010das<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/autonomy.work\/portfolio\/workingnights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pand\u00e9mie<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/autonomy.work\/portfolio\/workingnights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">po nej<\/a> zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa drsn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 podmienky, n\u00edzka mzda a obmedzen\u00e9 pr\u00e1va, ktor\u00e9 charakterizuj\u00fa no\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu, pre tvorcov polit\u00edk a verejnos\u0165 nevidite\u013en\u00e95.  <\/p>\n\n<p>V postindustri\u00e1lnych krajin\u00e1ch, a najm\u00e4 v glob\u00e1lnych mest\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 ved\u00fa k roz\u0161irovaniu NTE, s\u00fa mnoh\u00ed no\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci migranti, \u017eeny a \u013eudia inej farby pleti, ktor\u00fdch pr\u00e1ca podporuje fungovanie k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch mestsk\u00fdch infra\u0161trukt\u00far. Napriek tomu sa no\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca st\u00e1le vn\u00edma preva\u017ene ako doplnok k dennej pr\u00e1ci, bez \u0161pecifickej dynamiky a probl\u00e9mov6 7.<\/p>\n\n<p>Situ\u00e1cia migruj\u00facich pracovn\u00edkov je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zl\u00e1, preto\u017ee \u010dastej\u0161ie ako miestni obyvatelia prij\u00edmaj\u00fa pr\u00e1cu za neist\u00fdch podmienok, t. j. bez pravidelnej pracovnej zmluvy, bez dokladov a v nes\u00fakromnom pracovnom \u010dase. Pris\u0165ahovalkyne \u010dasto za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/wgbh\/frontline\/film\/rape-on-the-night-shift\/#video-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sexu\u00e1lne ob\u0165a\u017eovanie a n\u00e1silie<\/a> na pracovisku. S\u00fa viac nevidite\u013en\u00e9 ako mu\u017ei, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurozine.com\/not-a-labour-of-love\/\">nie inak ako pri pr\u00e1ci v dom\u00e1cnosti<\/a>, preto\u017ee no\u010dn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 prostredie je zvy\u010dajne maskul\u00ednne. Tieto dlhodob\u00e9 \u0161truktur\u00e1lne probl\u00e9my prispievaj\u00fa k zranite\u013enosti, asymetrii a nes\u00faladu medzi dennou a no\u010dnou pr\u00e1cou, migrantmi a miestnymi obyvate\u013emi, \u017eenami a mu\u017emi.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dvojit\u00e1 kr\u00edza<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ke\u010f som takmer rok pracoval ako vr\u00e1tnik na no\u010dnom trhu v Lond\u00fdne, pochopil som, \u017ee no\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci sa \u010dasto c\u00edtia vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00ed a izolovan\u00ed od zvy\u0161ku spolo\u010dnosti. Mnoh\u00ed z nich poci\u0165uj\u00fa v\u00e1\u017ene zdravotn\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky, preto\u017ee sa nab\u00faravaj\u00fa do svojich cirkadi\u00e1nnych alebo biologick\u00fdch rytmov, aby zostali bdel\u00ed. Okrem toho, rytmus no\u010dnej pr\u00e1ce ich rob\u00ed nedostupn\u00fdmi pre ich rodinu a priate\u013eov.<\/p>\n\n<p>Situ\u00e1cia no\u010dn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov patr\u00ed k &#8222;be\u017en\u00fdm, chronick\u00fdm a drsn\u00fdm&#8220;, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa \u013eahko zatienen\u00e9 &#8222;katastrofick\u00fdmi, kr\u00edzov\u00fdmi a vzne\u0161en\u00fdmi &#8222;8. Brexit a pand\u00e9mia pridali v Spojenom kr\u00e1\u013eovstve \u010fal\u0161ie vrstvy neistoty. Brexit sp\u00f4sobil, \u017ee st\u00e1tis\u00edce eur\u00f3pskych migruj\u00facich pracovn\u00edkov nemaj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na tzv. \u0161tat\u00fat usaden\u00fdch os\u00f4b a mnoh\u00ed z nich m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 vyhosten\u00ed z krajiny.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uz\u00e1vierky zaveden\u00e9 s cie\u013eom obmedzi\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenie COVID-19 vytvorili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eth.mpg.de\/5450337\/blog_2020_05_07_01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pandemick\u00fa (ne)mobilitu: na<\/a>z\u00e1klade rozl\u00ed\u0161enia medzi &#8222;z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi&#8220; a &#8222;nepodstatn\u00fdmi&#8220; pracovn\u00fdmi miestami niektor\u00ed pracovn\u00edci na\u010falej vykon\u00e1vali svoju pr\u00e1cu ako predt\u00fdm, pri\u010dom boli vystaven\u00ed zdravotn\u00fdm rizik\u00e1m. Mnoh\u00ed \u010fal\u0161\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane pracovn\u00edkov na vo\u013enej nohe a pracovn\u00edkov platforiem, boli n\u00faten\u00ed zosta\u0165 doma bez finan\u010dnej podpory. V Keni, krajine svojho p\u00f4vodu, bol viac ako 15 rokov tr\u00e9nerom \u017eensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho volejbalov\u00e9ho t\u00edmu, k\u00fdm neutiekol pred etnick\u00fdmi zr\u00e1\u017ekami, ktor\u00e9 krajinu spusto\u0161ili, do bezpe\u010dia v Spojenom kr\u00e1\u013eovstve. Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie pracoval na denn\u00fdch a ve\u010dern\u00fdch zmen\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 sa pretiahli do noci. Ke\u010f som bol vo v\u00e4zen\u00ed, rozpr\u00e1vali sme sa cez telef\u00f3n po\u010das jeho prest\u00e1vok na jedlo. Sedel vo svojej kab\u00edne a rozpr\u00e1val, ako<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ako vodi\u010d som cel\u00fa zmenu zavret\u00fd v tejto klietke. M\u00f4j box, v ktorom sed\u00edm a \u0161of\u00e9rujem, mus\u00ed by\u0165 st\u00e1le zatvoren\u00fd. Zmenil sa sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm sme pracovali. Nem\u00f4\u017eem d\u00fdcha\u0165! Zahynulo ve\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed, je to ve\u013emi desiv\u00e9. C\u00edtim sa ako vo v\u00e4zen\u00ed, ke\u010f pracujem pre verejnos\u0165. Po\u010das pand\u00e9mie bolo pre m\u0148a \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 pracova\u0165, preto\u017ee som vedel, \u017ee ak nebudem pracova\u0165, nedostanem peniaze na hypot\u00e9ku, na rodinu. To je in\u00fd druh strachu. Ak nem\u00e1te peniaze na \u017eivobytie rodiny, vyrad\u00ed v\u00e1s to z hry, \u010di u\u017e je pand\u00e9mia alebo nie. A z toho \u010di onoho d\u00f4vodu boli po\u010das pand\u00e9mie migranti t\u00fdmi, ktor\u00ed pracovali a vykon\u00e1vali nevyhnutn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu, aby sa Lond\u00fdn udr\u017eal v pohybe. My, migranti, nie sme celkovo oce\u0148ovan\u00ed za pr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00fa vykon\u00e1vame. M\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee n\u00e1s vl\u00e1da sklamala.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Phil, pracovn\u00edk prv\u00e9ho kontaktu lond\u00fdnskeho hasi\u010dsk\u00e9ho zboru, pracuje na no\u010dn\u00fdch zmen\u00e1ch u\u017e tri desa\u0165ro\u010dia: Bosch, objav\u00edm sa ja. Nie som v\u00fdlu\u010dne no\u010dn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk. Ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pracujem aj na denn\u00e9 zmeny. Tak\u017ee striedam dni a noci a r\u00f4zne rytmy. \u010casto m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee som st\u00e1le na zmeny. A \u010d\u00edm ste star\u0161\u00ed, t\u00fdm to nie je \u013eah\u0161ie. Ke\u010f pracujete na zmeny, va\u0161a pr\u00e1ca sa st\u00e1va sk\u00f4r va\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou nie ste nabl\u00edzku, ke\u010f s\u00fa \u013eudia hore a naopak.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u017diadne uzavretie pre sexu\u00e1lne pracovn\u00ed\u010dky<\/h2>\n\n<p>Eleana, zdravotn\u00edcka pracovn\u00ed\u010dka, je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou slu\u017eby sexu\u00e1lneho zdravia, ktor\u00e1 sa zameriava na pouli\u010dn\u00e9 sexu\u00e1lne pracovn\u00ed\u010dky. Podporuje ich najm\u00e4 v spolupr\u00e1ci so zdravotn\u00edckymi slu\u017ebami. Vek sexu\u00e1lnych pracovn\u00ed\u010dok sa pohybuje od 20 do 50 rokov a mnoh\u00e9 z nich s\u00fa zmie\u0161an\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu &#8211; africk\u00e9, \u010dierne karibsk\u00e9, braz\u00edlske a v\u00fdchodoeur\u00f3pske. Ako vysvetlila Eleana,  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Mnoh\u00ed z nich \u017eij\u00fa z ruky do \u00fast &#8211; id\u00fa h\u013eada\u0165 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, zarobia 20 libier a potom si id\u00fa k\u00fapi\u0165 drogy. Niektor\u00ed sa mohli pohybova\u0165 sem a tam a cel\u00fa noc chodi\u0165 hore-dole po ceste, preto\u017ee si potrebovali zarobi\u0165 dos\u0165 pe\u0148az\u00ed, aby u\u017eivili svoj n\u00e1vyk na drogy. Niektor\u00e9 \u017eeny za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa zneu\u017e\u00edvanie po\u010das cel\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Eleana ako ter\u00e9nna pracovn\u00ed\u010dka uviedla, \u017ee s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou jej pracovnej n\u00e1plne je &#8222;dr\u017eanie r\u00fak &#8211; ve\u013ea hovor\u00edm v mene \u017eien a z\u00e1rove\u0148 spolupracujem s r\u00f4znymi komunitn\u00fdmi slu\u017ebami&#8220;. Zd\u00f4raznila, \u017ee  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sexu\u00e1lne pracovn\u00ed\u010dky \u010dasto \u010delia bezdomovectvu, sexu\u00e1lnemu zneu\u017e\u00edvaniu, probl\u00e9mom s du\u0161evn\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm a\/alebo drogovej z\u00e1vislosti. Migruj\u00face sexu\u00e1lne pracovn\u00ed\u010dky sa stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa s \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi hrozbami &#8211; diskrimin\u00e1ciou zo strany policajn\u00fdch hliadok alebo soci\u00e1lnym vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00edm kv\u00f4li jazykovej bari\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu sexu\u00e1lnych pracovn\u00ed\u010dok pozorne sleduj\u00fa ich pas\u00e1ci, ktor\u00ed sedia v aut\u00e1ch zaparkovan\u00fdch v &#8222;raj\u00f3ne&#8220;, kde sexu\u00e1lne pracovn\u00ed\u010dky hliadkuj\u00fa, aby sa stretli so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi. Ak sa Eleana a jej kolegyne pr\u00edli\u0161 dlho rozpr\u00e1vaj\u00fa so sexu\u00e1lnymi pracovn\u00ed\u010dkami, pas\u00e1k ich privol\u00e1. Eleana vysvetlila, \u017ee po\u010das v\u00fdluk a po\u010das pand\u00e9mie ich slu\u017eba zv\u00fd\u0161ila po\u010det hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edennej pomoci, aby mohla sexu\u00e1lnym pracovn\u00ed\u010dkam poskytova\u0165 aktu\u00e1lne inform\u00e1cie o COVID-19 a o tom, na ak\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky si maj\u00fa d\u00e1va\u0165 pozor, poskytova\u0165 im jedlo a spolupracova\u0165 so slu\u017ebami \u00fatulkov s cie\u013eom pon\u00faknu\u0165 \u017een\u00e1m bez domova ubytovanie.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Prekvapivo sme stretli viac \u017eien ako pred pand\u00e9miou a mnoho nov\u00fdch tv\u00e1r\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sme predt\u00fdm nevideli. Pravidl\u00e1 soci\u00e1lnej di\u0161tancie znamenali, \u017ee mal\u00fd fyzick\u00fd kontakt t\u00fdchto \u017eien s nami, \u013eu\u010fmi mimo ich sveta ulice, bol drasticky obmedzen\u00fd.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevidite\u013en\u00e9 &#8222;koncertn\u00e9&#8220; ovl\u00e1da\u010de<\/h2>\n\n<p>Sara, vodi\u010dka digit\u00e1lnej platformy v Oradei v z\u00e1padnom Rumunsku, vysvetlila, ako sa po\u010das pand\u00e9mie vyrovnala s volan\u00edm pr\u00edrody:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Je to trochu zlo\u017eit\u00e9. Ke\u010f potrebujem na toaletu&#8230; sp\u00fdtam sa klienta, \u010di sa pon\u00e1h\u013ea? Ak povedia \u00e1no, pokra\u010dujem \u010falej a po\u010dk\u00e1m, k\u00fdm nedokon\u010d\u00edm jazdu. Ak povedia nie, poviem, \u017ee sa naozaj potrebujem zastavi\u0165 na toaletu. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina hovor\u00ed, \u017ee je to v poriadku. Kedysi som sa zastavil v miestnom supermarkete, ale u\u017e nem\u00f4\u017eem. Teraz n\u00e1m to nedovolia, ak nepredlo\u017e\u00edme certifik\u00e1t COVID-19. Ale ja som vakc\u00ednu nechcel. Po\u010dk\u00e1m a uvid\u00edm. Zatia\u013e zastavujem na \u010derpac\u00edch staniciach, niekedy aj cestou do cie\u013ea cesty z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Alexa pracovala na no\u010dnom trhu v Lond\u00fdne. V roku 2019 sa stala samostatne z\u00e1robkovo \u010dinnou taxik\u00e1rkou, ktor\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou pracuje v noci a cez de\u0148 sa star\u00e1 o svoju dc\u00e9ru. V roku 2020, tesne pred t\u00fdm, ako bola nariaden\u00e1 prv\u00e1 uz\u00e1vera, mi povedala, \u017ee je \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, ako to pre \u0148u a jej dc\u00e9ru dopadlo.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Po za\u010dat\u00ed v\u00fdluky sa v\u0161ak pr\u00e1ca taxik\u00e1rov pova\u017eovala za &#8222;nepodstatn\u00fa&#8220;. V apr\u00edli 2020 Alexa vysvetlila, ako &#8222;prestala pracova\u0165 od situ\u00e1cie s COVID-19. M\u00e1m teraz ve\u013ea \u00fa\u010dtov, ktor\u00e9 mus\u00edm zaplati\u0165. Vzala som si trojmesa\u010dn\u00fd odklad spl\u00e1cania \u00faveru na auto, ale n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 st\u00e1le treba plati\u0165. Bolo to \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n<p>\u017deny-vodi\u010dky vo ve\u013ekej miere absentuj\u00fa v programe v\u00fdskumu hospod\u00e1rstva platforiem a v \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch zameran\u00fdch na pracovn\u00edkov9. Musel som sa vr\u00e1ti\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce. Bolo to v\u0161ak takmer ako za\u010da\u0165 nov\u00fa pr\u00e1cu. Vedel som v\u0161etko &#8211; ako sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 a podobne.
