V\u010faka pilotn\u00fdm projektom alebo \u00fapln\u00e9mu pr\u00e1vnemu uznaniu u\u017e \u0161tvord\u0148ov\u00fd pracovn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 nie je len snom, ale realitou mnoh\u00fdch zamestnancov v Eur\u00f3pe a na celom svete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilotn\u00e9 projekty sa uskuto\u010dnili v nieko\u013ek\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch a ich v\u00fdsledky boli prekvapivo pozit\u00edvne. Znamenalo to odklon od prevl\u00e1daj\u00faceho \u0161es\u0165d\u0148ov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a, pri\u010dom Ford sa rozhodol zatvori\u0165 svoje z\u00e1vody v sobotu a nede\u013eu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Napriek po\u010diato\u010dn\u00e9mu odporu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov a m\u00e9di\u00ed sa Fordov experiment uk\u00e1zal ako \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fd: jeho tov\u00e1rne si udr\u017eali \u00farove\u0148 produktivity a dodato\u010dn\u00fd vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das pre pracovn\u00edkov viedol k zv\u00fd\u0161eniu v\u00fddavkov v ich komunit\u00e1ch. V 30. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia sa p\u00e4\u0165d\u0148ov\u00fd pracovn\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 stal&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalgeographic.com\/history\/article\/american-workweek-history-explained\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0161tandardom<\/a> a nakoniec bol v roku 1940 zakotven\u00fd v z\u00e1kone USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pracovn\u00e9 prostredie sa odvtedy v\u00fdrazne vyvinulo. V 70. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia sa v d\u00f4sledku prechodu od&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@karlaglatt\/how-work-has-changed-in-a-century-4e1ab622473a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstva a v\u00fdroby&nbsp;<\/a>do technologick\u00e9ho sektora zmenil trh pr\u00e1ce. Vznik sektora slu\u017eieb a znalostnej ekonomiky zaviedol pracovn\u00e9 miesta v kab\u00ednach pre biele goliere, ktor\u00e9 sa spoliehali sk\u00f4r na ment\u00e1lne zru\u010dnosti, rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mov a komunik\u00e1ciu ne\u017e na fyzick\u00fa pr\u00e1cu.
